About2Cruise act as agents for all cruiselines featured on this site and by purchacing your cruise holiday from us you are entering into a contract with the individual cruiseline and are bound by their terms and conditions.
Cancellations
The individual cruiseline may charge a penalty for cancellations. Any and all penalties assessed by the cruise line are solely the responsibility of the customer. Please email us at info@about2cruise.co.uk or call 01273 80 88 58 in the first instance with your booking number if you need to cancel your cruise. Our customer service agents will find out what charges, if any, are applicable and respond to you as soon as possible.
The cruiseline reserve the right to cancel or change itineraries at any time.
Travel Insurance
It is a condition of your booking that you have Travel Insurance insurance in place before travelling and we reccommend buying this at the time of booking. Please see our Travel Insurance page for more details.
