Christmas Itinerary
Day 1 - LONDON GATWICK TO PORTO.
Fly by scheduled flight and transfer to the MS Douro Prince. Enjoy a welcome drink in the lounge this evening before dinner.

Day 2 - PINHAO.
Enjoy a relaxing Christmas Day on board with a Gala Lunch before the ship arrives in Pinhao in the late afternoon. This evening dinner will be ashore at the Vintage House Hotel, an old port wine estate dating back to the 18th century.

Day 3 - REGUA.
Arrive into Regua at lunchtime. Enjoy an afternoon tour to Vila Real, an old Episcopal Town and the capital of the port wine region.

Day 4 - LAMEGO.
After breakfast embark on a tour of Lamego, one of the most attractive cities in Portugal. Situated south of the Douro, Lamego is a major market centre and is charmingly set amid vineyards. The town boasts fine baroque buildings, a gothic cathedral and an 11th century castle.

Day 5 - PORTO.
Morning cruising, arriving into Porto at lunchtime. In the afternoon discover Porto's wealth of historic treasures on a city tour. The town's charm stems from its dramatic position above the river, with its gabled houses closely terraced down the hill. There will also be a visit to a port wine house.

Day 6 - PORTO TO LONDON GATWICK.
Disembark after breakfast and transfer to Porto Airport for the return scheduled flight to London.


New Year Itinerary
